This Privacy Policy explains how Everyman Research receives and processes personal information as defined by applicable law from its customers (“Consumer Personal Information”).               

What Information & Why. Everyman Research provides research survey services (“Research Survey Services”) to its business customers. In providing these services, Everyman Research collects Personal Information of consumers who participate in its surveys. 

Everyman Research receives or collects the following types of Consumer Personal Information pursuant to providing Research Survey Services: First Name and Last Name; and contact information (E-mail address, physical business address, phone number).

Visitors to its Site may provide Visitor Personal Information (including name and email address) so that Everyman Research can contact them to provide information about their Research Survey Services. 

 

Usage, Device and Log Information. We collect information about you when you access and use the Site and the Services including your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, access times, browser type and language, Web pages you visit, device information, and other actions you take, in order to improve our Services, and/or develop new Services. 

With Whom?.  Everyman Research shares personal information with trusted Service Providers for the business purposes of providing the Research Survey Services and includes the following types of services: website hosting, website analytics, and email marketing. 

Aggregated Information. Everyman Research may use aggregated or de-identified information (not containing personal information) (“Aggregated Information”) to analyze trends and improve its Services. 

Compliance with Laws. Everyman Research may disclose Consumer Personal Information to a third party if (a) it believes that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or (b) to protect the security or integrity of the Services from harm or illegal activities.

Business Transfers. Everyman Research may share or transfer Consumer Personal Information in connection with, any merger, sale of Everyman Research assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of the business to another company. Everyman Research may share or transfer Aggregated Information to affiliate or related companies for its business purposes. 

California Residents. Everyman Research does not sell or share Consumer Personal Information as defined under CCPA. Everyman Research upholds the right of non-discrimination as defined under CCPA. Consumers residing in California are considered consumers under CCPA. They have certain additional rights including with respect to their personal information, which are described here. 

Retention Policy. Everyman Research retains Consumer Personal Information as long as necessary to provide the Services unless a longer period is required to permitted for legal or compliance purposes. 

Do Not Track. Some browsers offer a “do not track” (“DNT”) option. Everyman Research does not respond to DNT signals. 

Security. Everyman Research employs industry standard organizational, technical, administrative and technological measures that are reasonably designed to help protect information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. While Everyman Research takes reasonable efforts to guard information, no security system is impenetrable.

Policy On Information Collected from Children. This Site and Services are not directed at children under the age of 13. Everyman Research does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. 

Changes. Everyman Research may need to update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to its Services and the laws applicable to its provision of the Services.  If Everyman Research does change this Privacy Policy, it will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this Privacy Policy on the Site. Continued use of this Site or the Services after the posting of such notice will be subject to the terms of the then-current Privacy Policy.
